Booking and Cancellation

Cancellation Policy: A $15.00 fee will be charged for cancellations made 14 days before the booking date. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 14 days of the booking.

Timings: Check-in time is 1:00 PM and Check-out time is 12:00 PM.

Site and Membership

Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 21 years old to register. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Capacity: Each site allows a maximum of 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children.

Sleeping Units: Only one sleeping unit is allowed per site. Small tents (7’x7’) may only be used for children under 13 years of age.

Cleanliness: A $25.00 clean-up fee will be charged if the site is left dirty or trash is left behind at departure.

Maintenance: Digging, installing fences, or putting up clotheslines is strictly prohibited.

Vehicles and Traffic

Vehicle Limit: A maximum of 2 vehicles may be parked at each site. Additional vehicles must be parked in overflow parking.

Parking Pass: Parking passes must always be visibly displayed on the dashboard or window.

Speed Limit: The maximum speed limit within the campground is 5 mph.

Quiet Hours and Visitors

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Visitor Policy: All visitors must leave the campground by 10:00 PM.

Conduct: Entering or disturbing another guest’s site is prohibited. Subleasing and solicitation are not allowed.

Pets

Pet Limit: A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per site.

Leash Rules: Pets must remain on a leash no longer than 15 feet at all times. Children under 15 years old may not walk pets alone.

Safety: Pets must never be left unattended. At night, pets must remain inside the trailer or camping unit. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Fire and Safety

Fire Pits: Only campfire wood may be burned. Burning trash, plastic, or processed wood is prohibited.

Banned Items: Firearms, weapons, fireworks, and generators are strictly prohibited within the campground.

Smoking: Cigarette butts must not be thrown on the ground and should always be disposed of in proper containers.

Beach and Alcohol Policy

Beach Safety: There is no lifeguard on duty. Swimming is at your own risk. The beach is closed after dark.

Beach Restrictions: Alcohol, glass bottles, and pets are not allowed on the beach.

Alcohol: Alcohol is permitted only at your campsite and must be consumed responsibly. Drinking is prohibited in pavilions and parking lots.

Marijuana: Public use is prohibited according to state law. Marijuana may only be used inside your private camping unit.

Golf Carts and Trails

Golf Carts: Drivers must have a valid driver’s license. A pass from the office and proof of insurance are required.

Timings: Golf carts may only be operated between 7:00 AM and Midnight.

Trail Use: Trails are for walking, cycling, horseback riding, and golf carts only. ATVs and UTVs are prohibited.

General Rules

Common Sense Rule: Management reserves the right to address any behavior considered inappropriate, even if not specifically listed in these rules.

Eviction: Violation of campground rules may result in eviction without refund.

Liability: Management is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss/damage of personal property.
